This Return Policy applies to event and photo zone decoration services provided by Beamdynis throughout Australia, including Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC, Brisbane QLD, Perth WA, Adelaide SA, Canberra ACT, Darwin NT, and Hobart TAS. As our services involve custom event decoration design, photo zone creation, backdrop installation, and celebration decoration at Australian venues, please review this policy carefully before booking your event decoration services. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law and applies to all event decoration bookings, photo zone installations, and celebration decoration services within Australia. Our event decoration services include birthday party decoration, wedding event decoration, corporate event decoration, baby shower decoration, anniversary celebration decoration, graduation party decoration, and festival decoration across Australian venues.
If you need to cancel your Australian event decoration booking, photo zone installation, or celebration decoration service, the following terms apply for events at Australian venues:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your Australian event decoration booking, photo zone installation, or celebration decoration service due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe Australian weather, venue access issues, or force majeure events affecting Australian venues), you will receive a full refund of all payments made in Australian Dollars (AUD). We will make every effort to provide alternative event decoration solutions, reschedule photo zone installations, or arrange alternative Australian decoration suppliers when possible.
A deposit in Australian Dollars (AUD) may be required to secure your event decoration booking, photo zone installation, or celebration decoration service at your Australian venue. Deposits for event decoration services are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event date at your Australian location, except in cases where we are unable to provide the event decoration service, photo zone installation, or celebration decoration due to circumstances beyond your control affecting Australian venues.
If you need to modify your Australian event decoration booking (change event date, Australian venue location, decoration requirements, photo zone specifications, or celebration theme), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications to event decoration services, photo zone installations, or celebration decoration are subject to availability of our decoration team and may incur additional charges in Australian Dollars (AUD) for travel to different Australian locations, additional decoration materials, or require price adjustments based on new event decoration requirements at your Australian venue.
If you are not satisfied with our event decoration services, photo zone installation, or celebration decoration at your Australian venue, please contact us within 24 hours of the event completion. We will work with you to address any concerns regarding event decoration, photo zone setup, backdrop installation, or celebration decoration quality. We may offer partial refunds in Australian Dollars (AUD) or service credits for future event decoration bookings at Australian venues at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law guarantees for event decoration services.
We are not liable for cancellations or service failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.
Refunds for event decoration services, photo zone installations, or celebration decoration cancellations will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your Australian payment provider, typically 5-10 Australian business days. Refunds for event decoration services are processed from our Turrella, New South Wales, Australia location.

If our event decoration services fail to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL, you may be entitled to remedies including refunds, service re-performance, or compensation for damages. Our event decoration services come with guarantees that they will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose (suitable for your event type), and match any description we provide. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you have rights under Australian Consumer Law regardless of this Return Policy.
